Music With Confidence,
Lessons, Classes, Workshops, and Camps!
At Music With Confidence, we teach a wide variety of performing and fine arts, including singing, acting, dance, musical instruments, digital sound recording, and visual arts. Our goal is not only to develop technical skills but also to nurture creativity, self-expression, and confidence in each child. Through personalized lessons, collaborative group activities, and performance opportunities, students gain essential life skills such as teamwork, discipline, and problem-solving. These experiences empower children to communicate effectively, build self-esteem, and discover their passions, helping them grow both as artists and as individuals prepared to face future challenges with resilience and optimism. The student’s personal development is emphasized with positive affirmations. The student may perform in recitals and MUSIC WITH CONFIDENCE-produced shows (e.g. "You're a Good Man Charlie Brown", The Musical). No student is “forced” to perform but encouraged once they have the self-confidence to do so. Courses may be split so that the student can learn more than one subject (e.g. singing and arts/crafts)
Lessons and Classes
Music With Confidence offers personalized one-on-one lessons and group classes, each designed to meet the unique needs and interests of the student. Whether focusing on voice, acting, dance, or musical instruments, our lessons help students build their skills at their own pace. Classes provide structured learning experiences that allow students to explore different artistic disciplines, improve technique, and foster creative expression in a supportive environment.
Workshop
Our workshops are one-day, skill-focused sessions where students can dive deeper into specific artistic techniques. These workshops provide an opportunity for students to learn in a group setting, encouraging collaboration, peer interaction, and team building. Students gain hands-on experience in various art forms, all while strengthening their ability to work as part of a creative team.
Camps
Music With Confidence offers 5-day camps that immerse students in the arts. During these camps, students participate in classes designed to develop their skills and knowledge, culminating in a performance where they can showcase what they’ve learned. These camps foster creativity, teamwork, and group management skills, giving students the chance to apply their knowledge in a live performance setting while building confidence and collaboration.
Why Music?
Music is a Science.
Music is Mathematical.
Music is a Foreign Language.
Music is History.
Music is Physical Education.
Music Encourages Insight and Inspires Research.
Above all, Music is an Art.
Why We Teach Music:
Not because we expect you to major in it...
Not because we expect you to play or sing for your entire life...
We teach music so you can truly be human.
So you can recognize beauty.
So you can connect to something infinite and beyond this world.
So you have something to hold onto.
So you can cultivate love, compassion, gentleness, and goodness--
In short, so you can experience more life.
